New Mexico lies in the southwestern region of the U.S. and borders with five states and also two Mexican states. It comprises of the greatest percentage of Hispanics at 43% and third highest of Native Americans. With a very large land area and a very sparsely populated density of 15 people per square mile, there is a good chance of finding a lot of New Mexico cheap land for sale.
Most people think of New Mexico land as all dry desert but there's a few different types of landscape in this state from red deserts, to elevated flat areas called mesas, to high mountain peaks covered in snow.
